From the Template manager, click the NEW TEMPLATE button at the end of the templates.

This will open up the template editor, and the welcome screen will give you 2 options:

• Start from a Blank template
• Start from a pre-made template

Just click any item and you will be ready to design !

Make sure to go to the template settings and adjust the following if necessary :

• Template name
• Template size (width / height)
• Background color

You can also toggle the Grid for easier designing.
